Estimates

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may change if hidden conditions — such as rotted decking — are uncovered once work begins. We will always discuss those changes with you first.

Scheduling & weather

Roofing depends on the weather. We may reschedule work to protect your home and our crew, and we will keep you informed of any changes to your start date.

Workmanship warranty

Installation is backed by our written workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided separately by the product maker and registered on your behalf where applicable.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your signed estimate. Final balance is due upon completion and your walk-through approval of the finished roof.
